Guest house recommendation in (or near) Myeongdong
Hello,
Last year i spent 20 days in Seoul tower ville hostel and this year we (me & gf) are planning to spend 30 days in Seoul, and i would like to pick a new guesthouse, basically because the tower ville hostel has the following "issues" :

located in a high hill so its quite a walk everyday.

room is ULTRA small.

i don't like how the bathroom is designed (it is really really tiny)

building doesn't have an elevator, so going up to the 4th floor everyday was kinda annoying.
Other than that everything was great, the staff was very friendly (English was super poor though, but i wont blame them since both of the men we met are +50 years old) but most importantly its located near my favorite restaurant in Seoul, its that red restaurant with the chicken cartoon in its wall, they make the best meal i ever had in my life!
Anyway,
Do you have any suggestion please ?
Our budget for the hostels is $1500 (~₩1,700,000), can add a little if its really worth it.
PS :
I don't mind hotels as long as they have even a tiny "kitchenette" and a washing machine.
