Advice needed for 2-Week Europe Trip in September

My wife and I will be traveling to Europe the last 2 weeks of September. We have our itinerary planned out for the most part and I've been scouring r/travel to pick up any tips I can for the trip to maximize our enjoyment while there. I know there are a ton of things I'll probably find out the hard way but I'm looking to r/travel for any tips or advice on the places we'll be visiting.

Please be as general or specific as you'd like. I read some tips here as simple as greeting everyone with a Hello or Bonjour in Paris before asking or buying something. Tips like this are EXTREMELY helpful for us. Thanks!

General notes about our itinerary

  • I've mostly used visitacity.com and recommendations from r/travel to pick the spots where we want to go in each city.
  • Our itinerary is pretty packed because we want to try to maximize our time there. We are pretty active so we generally don't get fatigued too easily and love being efficient our time when we travel, but our schedule is flexible if we want to spend more time at certain places or take an extended break.
  • We've mostly left our evenings free to be flexible.
  • I've reserved tickets for everything I can online. Everything else that requires tickets will be bought while we're there.
  • We don't have any restaurants reserved and planned to play it by ear when we got there but we are open to suggestions!
  • We plan to be back sometime in the next few years so we wanted to visit a bunch of countries to see what we liked so we can come back and spend more time there in the future.
  • We know we won't be able to spend a ton of time at the musuems but that's a tradeoff we've decided to make.
  • We are staying at Airbnb's in each city.
  • We are flying and taking trains in between each city.

Paris (4 days)

  • Buy Orange Prepaid Sim cards for the duration of our trip (call, text and data)
  • Paris Museum Pass: Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, Louvre, Holy Chapel, Rodin, Orsay, Pantheon
  • Eiffel Tower (already bought tickets to go up)
  • Possibly go see Tuileries and Luxembourg Gardens

Berlin (2 days)

  • Bought tickets to go up the TV tower and have lunch
  • Reserved entry for Pergamon Museum and Reichstag
  • East Side Gallery, Alexanderplatz, Tiergarten, Berliner Dom, Unter den LInden, Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Memorial

Prague (2 days)

  • Old Town Square, Tyn Church, Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, St Vitus Cathedral, Lennon Wall, Church of St. Nicholas, Franz Kafka Museum
  • Unfortunately, we are there on the Friday of Rosh Hashana and Saturday after so all of the Jewish sites will be closed (poor planning by me)

Munich (1 day)

  • Originally we weren't planning on going to Munich but some relatives were supposed to be living in Southern Germany at this time so we agreed to go to Oktoberfest with them but they ended up moving.
  • We are planning to spend most of the day at Oktoberfest and play the rest by ear. We aren't big drinkers but we just wanted to visit and experience the festival for a little bit.

Rome (2 days)

  • Getting the Roma Pass: Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Museum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, Villa & Galleria Borghese
  • Reserved guided tour of Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica

Florence (2 days)

  • Reserved tickets to climb the Dome. Also for the Cathedral, Baptistry, Bell Tower, Crypt and Museum
  • Reserved tickets for Galleria degli Uffizi and Galleria dell'Accademia.
  • Piazzale Michelangiolo, Ponte Vecchio, Campanile di Giotto, Piazza della Signoria
