Any particular type of sunscreen or trick to make it easier to protect your back?

Pretty much what the title says. I burn at a ridiculous rate and have to reapply sunscreen a lot. Getting it to cover my back properly is really difficult when I don't have anyone to help me.

Any tips other than asking strangers? Perhaps a type of sunscreen that comes as a mist spray, or an oil that spreads easily, or something to apply it with? I'll cover up as best as I can with a hat or shawl but I'll be dancing a lot and the hat might get a bit impractical and shawl super warm. Everything is better than a sunburn though.
