Vienna, Prague and Budapest Questions
Hey fellow solo travelers! I am planning for another solo trip to Europe this coming late-April to early-May. I have 15 days (excluding ingress and egress flights). My first three days I have planned for Stockholm (cheap ingress/egress flights via Norwegian from/to US West Coast). I will then fly to Zurich to meet my cousin for two days. That leaves around 10 days for a few other cities. Last time I backpacked around Europe (2015) I wasn't able to squeeze Prague and Vienna into my itinerary and ever since I have wanted to go, so those two are definitely on my itinerary this time around. I'm thinking of splitting the remaining time evenly at five days in each city.
I've also spoken to a few people who have said to check out Budapest since it is very close to Vienna. However, this go-around I wanted to visit less cities in favor of spending more time in said cities. A such, is it worth it to visit Budapest? If so, three days in Vienna, three in Budapest and four in Prague? Obviously I also have to consider travel time... Any input would be appreciated!
