Only one pair of boots?

Canadian female solo traveler (about to be) here, I am going from Northern Canada to Ireland, Wales, England, Greece, Italy and Scotland from October - December. 9 weeks and 9 destinations, all of which are going to be varying climates.

I have the 35L Gregory Zulu. Planning on having a sling bag purse as well.

Can I get away with just bringing lightweight, water proof fall boots (that are broken in and I adore them) and flip flops for the shower?

Am I stupid to not bring sneakers? Open to the advice of more experienced travelers. This is my first solo adventure. Thanks SoloTravel!
