1 Hr 40 Min Layover in Narita (BNA-IAH-NRT-BKK): Will I risk making my connection? All via ANA Airlines.

I am stuck between the flight mentioned in the title, and another flight that will get me to BKK a couple of hours later (with a 3 hour layover in Narita instead of the 1 Hr 40 Min mentioned in the title).

Would I be okay with the 1 Hr 40 Min layover, or should I just do the slightly longer flight/layover?
