[Question] Redditors who've flown with Eastern China Airlines, how long were your flights delayed if they were delayed at all?

I've read quite a lot about how ECA tends to have pretty steep delays, and that's a bit troublesome as I'm flying from Shanghai Pudong to Haneda (Japan) and meeting my fiance, which would be all fine and good if I were to be late, but he doesn't speak much (or any, really) Japanese, so I'm a little concerned about him getting around. (I know Japan is hella friendly and there's tons of English/romaji, but I'd still like to be able to help him around when he gets there!)

So if you've flown ECA and your flight was delayed, how long was the delay? I'm just looking to get an average time so I have a decent idea of how long I may be delayed.
