Solo travel in Paris - hostel recommendations? Looking for friendly but non-party, mid-scale
I've got a Europe trip planned from April 14 to April 30, and all I've purchased so far are round trip tickets to Paris; once I land, I'll likely wander around vagabond around France and Europe.
But for now, I'd like to find a place to stay for the first couple days, while I get my bearings. Does anybody have any hostel recommendations? This is what I'm looking for:

Non-party: I'm in my 30s, and don't want to be hanging around a bunch of 20 year olds who are drinking and partying all night.

Social: I love to meet folks while traveling for the conversation, to try restaurants together, and exchange travel stories! This is my primary reason for staying at hostels instead of doing an Airbnb.

Friendly: Je peux parler un peu de Francais, but this is my first time in Paris.

Cost: mid-scale, around $50/night? I don't usually care for the crowd at the cheap hostels, but I also don't need luxury. I don't mind dorms, as long as it's clean.

Location: fairly accessible is preferable, I don't mind the banlieus as long as I can get around easily, and it's fairly safe.
If any folks who have traveled to Paris have hostel suggestions that might fit these preferences, I'd love to hear from you!
