Moving from Tucson AZ to Reva, VA. Driving help?
Long story short.
Moving from Tucson AZ to Reva VA on May 31st 2018. Id like to be there with MINIMAL stops, sleeping, etc.
The situation. My Wife & I. an SUV. and our Daughter (2yrs old) and a few small boxes of our things inside said SUV.Plan to stop every 2-3 hours and stretch and such for a few short minutes.
I have driven 15 hours straight before and I cant really remember how far that got me. I have no issues sitting and doing one task for long periods at a time. Wife is a little bit uncomfortable with driving on interstates and such.
Anyone have a good route we could take? And driving plan? I was hoping something like 1000-1200 miles in one day. then 1000-1200 the next. or hell maybe even more if possible. I know driving for this long can be dangerous as my last trip was a 600 mile drive i made in 8 hours after having been up for 27 hours when i began driving. but I made it at 35hrs awake and crashed really hard. I'm not planning on doing that this time around obviously I'm going to get a good 6-9 hours of sleep before we depart.
Anyway! Suggestions would be great!
