Keeping fit while on the road

Hello! I’m having a 1.5 months long Eurotrip in about a week and a half, and I was just worried about keeping in shape. Maybe it’s genetics or maybe I just love eating so much, but I put on weight super duper fast despite being super active. I have been on an internship in Switzerland the past few months and there’s a pull up bar just opposite my workplace and I subscribed to a gym membership so it was relatively then. But now that I need to change my place of living every few days, I’d like to see the opinions of you guys on how you keep fit while traveling and if it’s hard.

Well, of course, talking 30-60 minutes out to do a body weight workout is relatively easy to do, but I’d like to hear personal experiences and if you guys ever persevered with these regimes. Lastly, pull ups is my favorite exercise - we have pull up bars nearly every 2km in my home country but apparently it’s not so in Switzerland? Just wondering if it’s easy to find pull up bars around the world/specifically in Europe or I’d have to make do with overhead bars in bus stops or tree branches as what I’ve read from some website just now haha.
