Was just told by a British Airways rep that they don't have WIFI on ANY flights. I thought he was joking...
So, I am flying on British Airways for the first time next month from Miami to London on the A380 which i've never been on before and I couldn't find any relevant info on BA's website about WIFI in-flight. When I was scouring the net looking for the most cost and time efficient flight, this was it. However, in my search for flights I found that most airlines do have WIFI onboard. I was on hold just now with BA for 15 minutes only to be told that NONE of their flights offer WIFI.
What in the fuck? What is this? The medieval ages? Not a huge deal because I can still get some work done without it, but I am not a frequent flyer so I didn't know. It's just very strange to me especially considering the A380 is one of the newest models of planes out there... to not have WIFI in-flight in 2017 is quite strange.
Was I told wrong or was the rep right?
