Road Trip from Toronto 6N/5D - Saguenay or Gaspé?
I'm doing a road trip with a friend who wants to go to Quebec City next month, but I also want to go somewhere else in the province. I'm torn between the Saguenay area as it's only a couple of hours away, and Gaspé, which is beautiful, but almost as far from Quebec City as Quebec City is from Toronto.
The itinerary so far is to take him to Montmorency Falls, then show him downtown Quebec City, the legislature building, the Plains of Abraham and the old city. After that, we would either go to Saguenay to see the ford, or go to Gaspé, Forillon Park, and Percé.
I'm a nature lover, but my friend is in a wheelchair, so any trails we hike have to be accessible. I have been to Quebec City before but none of the other places I mentioned. I am also functionally bilingual. Based on the time I have, which option do you recommend?
