Thailand offers many interesting and exotic places to see, things to do, and food to eat.  Let’s look at some of the more popular places people go and do while on a holiday in Thailand.  One thing that is good about Thailand is that if you are interested in keeping a healthy lifestyle it is easy to have a healthy good time. 
1.  Bangkok is an interesting city that has succeeded in keeping ancient customs and including modern advancements. Bangkok is the capital city of Thailand and offers a many types of sites to see like floating markets, bars, shopping, restaurants, and ancient temples from the city’s past. Plus with numerous health clubs conveniently located across the city, you are sure to be able to find a health club to visit while on vacation there.     

The Chao Phraya River separates the city and has a series of canals that are beautiful. One other site that should definitely be seen and experienced is the new ‘Sky train’ railway if you want to avoid the bustling city traffic.


Also make sure that you visit one of the biggest floating markets of Bangkok and you’ll be greeted by the fragrant smells of age old traditions of the local residents making a living along the engaged canals. 
There are so many beautiful and ancient buildings that you do not want to miss in Thailand. I have not personally experience all of the nightlife that Bangkok has to offer. This was because with so many places to go I knew that all of my entertainment needs were just a walk or well informed taxi driver away residents of Bangkok are proud to share their culture.

2. Phuket or Phuket City better known as Phuket Province is a big island attraction for that beach getaway feeling. It is one of Thailand's perfect places to take a retreat from everyday life and to and enjoy a tropical paradise like no other. This island is also a big draw for those seeking fitness driven trips, with several locations that offer cross training like boxing, MMA or better known as mixed martial arts in several varieties of styles. Thai Boxing a personal favorite is a national face paced sport in Thailand. With regular matches at the Saphan Him Stadium in Phuket City is the place to visit. This is a sure way to not get bored with your workout while on vacation.  

Old Phuket Town founded by Chinese immigrants in the 19th century, were enticed in the past by the tin mines, the economy at that time generated a host of amazing Sino-Portuguese mansions along Dibu and Thalang roads.

3.Krabi or better known as Krabi Province is in the middle southern part of Thailand. It is located in the breath taking blue waters of the Andaman Sea. It is one of the most stunning places in all of Thailand to visit.
Krabi Town is situated near the mouth of the Krabi River. The Mangrove forest is something to experience and you are a avid bird watcher not to be missed.
