Fuchka is most popular for young generation. Without fuchka, there is no meal at evening. When you go around the cities, you will observe fuchka shops. Chatpoti is also added with fuchka menu because of unique curry taste. There are various fuchka in Bangladesh such as Doi Fuchka, Dry Alu Fuchka, Fuchka with sauce, Curry Fuchka with borhani and so on. Yes, Fuchka is cost effective food for any one.
Alu Bhaji (Small Cube Potatoes with winter vegetables), omelette and Luchi ( a flat bread) are now famous dish round the time. It is also common in any local restaurants and the cost is also low.
Old Dhaka Cuisine is widely famous from Mugal time. In this town, you will find wide variety of Arabian-Bangla Culture food from 200 years back when Arabs came here for new land of business. Arabs select here business because of river ports all around the cities and fertile soil that grow food. I heard from my ancestors that it costs only $0.0001 to buy sufficient amount of luxurious food for one day. However, now it is dream to all of our eyes. Portugal and Spanish also landed here for new proposal of business in South-Eastern Asia. You can also find their small communities home still present with their culture.
