Special Review 707…
History of Bangladeshi Cuisine is 400 years over. Now, it is in online.
Bangladeshi Cuisine ~ “an exceptional food in Asia”
"Machh-e-Bhat-e-Bangaladeshi (Without Bhat (rice) and Machh (fish), Bangladesh can never define)”

 National Cuisine:

The national cuisine of Bangladesh is the mixture of rice and dhal with green chilies and alo bharta (crushed potatoes with onion and red chillies). There are also other cuisines such as curry vegetables, meat, fishes etc. You can also mix your favorite mashla (curries) to all types of dishes.

Without Mutton and Beef, Bangladesh has no food culture because every year there is two main festivals where consumption is higher. Kebab from mutton and beef are immensely popular all over the country. Mutton and Beef are used to prepare of many dishes such as Haleem, Biryani, Tehari, Khichuri, torkari-bhat (vegetable rice) etc.
